Hey cutie patooties! I hope you’re all enjoying your summers so far. Boston’s weather has been quite all over the place as usual, but it feels so great to have finally ditched my puffy jacket and clunky boots (not that clunky is ever a bad thing, obviously…).

Remember a little while ago when I was talking about how much I love patterned pants? Here’s a pair I’ve been obsessed with since my cousin gave them to me out of her closet. It’s finally the perfect weather to wear them! As much as I like wearing tighter clothes like leggings, I love a good flowy pant.

Usually, I wear these pants with one of my bodysuits, but if they’re in my hamper, I’ll tuck this black tee into my pants. I wore my grey sweater since it sometimes gets chilly at work, and my grey TOMS, which are almost as comfortable as these pants.

Now that it’s sunny out, I’ve been wearing my Sunice Sunglasses alllll the time. Be sure to use my code CLUNKSTER25 to get 25% off your order!

Hey babes! I hope your weekend was fabulous. I got to spend mine with my mom! We went to the Institute of Contemporary Art, which I had surprisingly never been to in the four years that I’ve lived in Boston. It was so cool! They featured a piece by Ragnar Kjartansson called The Visitors, and it was hands down the most beautiful piece of art I’ve ever seen. I highly recommend checking it out if you can! I get goosebumps just thinking about it.

Speaking of goosebumps, I wore this outfit back when it was still a little chilly. This sweater usually keeps me warm enough without a jacket, but it’s not super heavy, which is nice. I always wear it with my black bralette and leggings. Sometimes I’ll wear boots, but most of the time I’ll wear my sneakers or moccasins. I always feel so cute and cozy.

I threw it back to sophomore year Kristen and wore my hair half-up-half-down, but left the choker in 2017. I also sprayed on some Indi by Katy Perry because it makes me feel so warm inside.

Sometimes I miss dressing cozy like this, but then I see the sun shining and remember how much I love summer. Do you have any cool plans coming up? Let me know in the comments!

If you’re following me on Instagram, you know that I spent my Spring Break in Disney World with my best friend Kennedy! I had so much fun with her, and I wish I could go back every day. So, I figured I’d share some of the looks I wore to the parks with you guys! Here’s one that I wore on our second day, which we spent at Animal Kingdom, Kennedy’s favorite park.

We kicked off our day with the Pandora ride, which absolutely blew my mind. If anything, it’s actually underrated. I highly recommend it. Then we ate french fries while we tried to avoid a swarm of weird looking birds (they weren’t snipes, even though I did flip out when I saw Kevin). We hung out at Dino Land for a while, rode Expedition Everest while the sun was setting, and finished off the evening with a nighttime safari ride. It was so cool!

Since we were at Animal Kingdom, I figured it was the perfect time to break out my “Squad Goals” crop top, featuring, Simba, Timon, and Pumba. I wore my high-waisted shorts, which looked awesome with the cut of the tee, and my neutral flannel since it was a little chilly while we were there. Rude.

When we were in the sun, I wore my adorable Sunice Sunglasses. But when we went on rides with screens, I threw on my blue light glasses. I’ll write a more in-depth review on them another time, but I get super sick when I deal with a lot of screens, and stupidly didn’t wear them on Mission Space, a ride in which there’s a screen pressed against your face as you’re shaken like you’re in space, the day before. It probably would’ve been really fun if I had my glasses. So I wore them the next day, and I felt a lot better.

What’s your favorite ride in Animal Kingdom? Let me know in the comments!

Brace yourselves: I’m not wearing black leggings.

Don’t worry, I haven’t (completely) lost my mind, I’m just trying to switch things up a bit! I’m always on here complaining about things I have that I love but never wear, so I decided to actually do something about that and wear these adorable funky pants that an ex got me as a birthday present. I may have bad taste in boys, but they have great taste in presents!

Usually I wear these leggings with a black crop top, but this time I wore a bodysuit, and I really loved the way it looked. I’ve actually never worn these pants with black boots before either, so I was really pleasantly surprised.

I topped this look off with my new denim jacket, which I’ve been absolutely obsessed with since I got it. I’ll spare you the details and profess my love for it in another post.

And last but not least, I wore my round Sunice sunglasses that I’m also obsessed with. I thought I lost them the other day and almost cried.

Hopefully, you’ll be seeing a lot more patterned pants around here. Where do you buy funky pants? Let me know in the comments!

shirt (gamma exclusive, sorry loves!). skirt (similar). sneakers.

Happy May! I can’t believe April is already over. Since I graduated in May, I’ve been enjoying a relaxing post-grad life, and it hit me really hard that everyone was leaving soon. I always feel bad when I don’t have enough time to see people that I really wanna spend time with, but I know I’ll see them the next year. But I’m moving back to Long Island at the end of August, so I won’t be a couple of T stops away from my friends for much longer :(

But I know myself, and I know that I’ll make the effort to keep in touch with the people I love. I think a true mark of friendship is when you can maintain your relationship even if you don’t speak every day and you’re on opposite sides of the country.

This subject brings me to my sorority’s recruitment theme for Fall 2018 (my last one ever), a Nu Home. We always say that Gamma brings everyone home no matter where they’re from. That’s why our symbol is the compass. So, our amazing Insignia Chair designed these, and it’s one of my favorite recruitment shirts.

I paired this tee with my denim skirt, and I really love the way it looked. I was nervous that the colors would clash a little too much, but the colors were just different enough that it worked. I love wearing tees with this skirt. I wore a white one for our recruitment video shoot, and I really loved how it looked (that look is coming soon, if you’re curious!). I brought in a little French Tuck action so I didn’t look like a little nerd. Not that tucking your shirt tightly makes you look like a dork, I just think there’s a time and place, right Tan?

I took this picture all the way at the beginning of this year (that’s why my mirror is in a completely different place fun fact), and I’m getting so excited to wear looks like this again! I’m already so happy that I can go outside with just a light jacket. It makes me feel so free.

What are you looking forward to this summer? Let me know in the comments!
