Happy Tuesday, angels! I hope you all had a fantastic weekend. I got to see some of my sorority sisters on Sunday! Our Vice President was sweet enough to have a barbecue for us. We had so much fun! My heart is so full when I spend time with them. I’m so lucky to have them.

So here’s a sorority look! I haven’t worn this tank in a while! It’s hand-washable, and I only do those every now and then #adultingproblems. But I’m so happy I got around to washing it because it’s really one of my favorites. I used to be a cheerleader, and we used to cheer at Emerson’s basketball games, so I got it in Emerson’s colors, purple and white. I’m actually super lucky I didn’t get it in purple and yellow or gold, which used to be Emerson’s colors. They rebranded to purple, white, and warm grey/silver. I have so many feelings about it but I will spare you.

Anyway! This jersey looks great with my black lace bralette. We have a little ~French tuck~ action happening here (Queer Eye fans ;) ). I didn’t even know that what I was doing was a ~thing~ until I started watching Queer Eye! For those of you who don’t watch (you’re missing out!) Tan, the fashion guardian angel, often suggests a French tuck, which is basically when you tuck in your shirt tightly, then loosen it up so it hangs over your waistline a bit. I love doing it with most of my tanks and my denim shorts.

I topped off the look with my black Converse and a super high bun. I was torn between black and white Converse because of the letters, but I went with the black because I figured it accented them better.

What’s a piece of sorority merch you’ve been dying to get? Let me know in the comments!

jersey (my uncle's!). crop top (originally from charlotte but this one is similar). leggings. sneakers. sunglasses (similar).

Hello, hello! Boston seems to have finally figured itself out, and it looks like the sunshine’s here to stay! Unfortunately, I overestimated the temperature, and was a little chilly in this outfit. At least I looked cute!

I started with this cute white crop top that I found in my closet! I’ve always loved it, but as always, I forgot it even existed. It reminds me of the crop top Cheryl Blossom wears in the car race episode of Riverdale. This top looks adorable with my high-waisted leggings.

I also wore this super cool Grateful Dead baseball jersey that used to be my Uncle Johnny’s, and my white Converse. I wore my hair half-up-half-down, since it was yucky and still full of hairspray for the weekend. I also ditched the makeup today because I wasn’t feeling it.

I’m so excited that I can finally wear clothes like this again! Time for lots more risk-taking and colors other than black :’)

Sorority Sunday!

Happy Sunday! I love Sundays when I'm on Long Island because my dad is home, so we get to spend some time together and talk, and when my mom gets home we have some nice family time. I love Sundays in Boston too, but they're a little more hectic because my extracurriculars usually fall on Sundays, like my weekly Chapter meetings for my sorority! I love Chapter because I get to see all my sisters at once, and we get to talk about kicking ass.

This Sorority Sunday, I have a new hockey jersey that my parents got me for Christmas! I've been wanting a sorority hockey jersey for so long, and I finally got one! I actually asked for some different colors, but Something Greek was out of stock, so my mom picked these colors. To be honest, I didn't like it originally, but it looked great when I put it on! Looking now at the colors I would've chosen, I'm actually really happy I got this one. Everything happens for a reason!

It was a little too cold to wear just the jersey, so I wore my black turtleneck underneath, and I was very pleasantly surprised at how it looked. I also wore my heavy fleece-lined leggings, because it is truly brick out here on Long Island.

And, maybe the most exciting part of this post, my new Timbs! I'll probably make a separate post about them because I'm so excited about them, but my parents also got me black, genuine Timberlands for Christmas and I'm SO happy. If I start talking about them now they'll completely dominate this post, so stay tuned for another of me literally just freaking the hell out.

But I'm really happy I got this jersey! It's unique and different, and lets me represent my sorority the way I want to. I don't think I'll ever stop buying sorority merch, literally until I'm ninety years old. It's not 4 years, it's 4 life :')

Sorority Sunday: Sports Edition

It's Sorority Sunday! Today I'm highlighting another piece of srat swag I got for Christmas: this basketball jersey! I love sorority jerseys. I want a hockey jersey, a rugby jersey, a spirit jersey, and probably more that I'm forgetting. I purposely wanted this jersey in purple because that's one of my school colors. I love the way the letters look on this too! It's so comfy.

I wore my bralette under my jersey, which made it extra comfy, as well as my comfy leggings and my signature clunky boots. I wore this outfit to an Emerson basketball game that I wasn't cheering for, but I also wear this exact outfit to Cheer practice a lot, so this outfit is kind of a blend of my extracurriculars.
